Static codes contain their content directly and can't be changed after printing. Dynamic codes contain a short Kizmo link, so you can change the destination, see scans and get tamper alerts.
Which file format should I give my printer?
SVG or PDF. Both are vector formats that stay sharp at any size. The PDF is sized to the print width you set in the print check.
