Questions about the deal
What does lifetime mean here?
For as long as Kizmo operates. If we ever shut down, we will give at least 3 months' notice, keep your codes redirecting during that time, and give you a full export, exactly as the never-hostage guarantee promises for every customer.
When does the deal end?
The lifetime price is open for a short time, shown by the countdown on this page. When it reaches zero we stop selling lifetime access at this price. There is no cap on how many people can join before then.
What if I'm already on a paid plan?
Nothing to do. When your payment goes through, your subscription is set to end at the close of the period you have already paid for, so you are never billed twice. If you would like the unused part of that period refunded, email support@kizmo.io.
Can I get a refund?
Yes. Within 14 days of buying, email support@kizmo.io and we will refund you in full, no questions. That is the same policy as our paid plans.
Is it per person or per business?
One seat is one Kizmo account. It cannot be shared between several businesses or transferred, but you can use it for your own business and your own clients' codes under your one account.
Will you add more to the lifetime plan?
Anything we add to the Pro plan reaches lifetime members at no cost. New plans or higher tiers, such as Business, are separate and keep their own price.
I'd like more than 150 codes, or the API.
Business features are not part of this deal. Email sales@kizmo.io and we will work out a fair upgrade price for lifetime members.
