QR codes for real estate signs
A sign rider outlives the listing it advertises. With a dynamic code you reuse the same physical sign for the next property and see which signs actually generate interest.
Bare domains are written in capitals inside the code, which makes it smaller. Paths keep their case.
Enter the web address the code should open.

We recommend a dynamic code for this
Change the destination after printing, see scans by placement, and get an alert if the code gets covered. It keeps working even if you stop paying.
How to set it up
- 1
Create a dynamic code per sign and name it by its location or sign number.
- 2
Point it at the listing page. When the property sells, repoint it to your agency page.
- 3
Print at least 60 mm wide so people can scan from the pavement.
Recommended size
60-100 mm on yard signs; scanning distance is about ten times the code width.
What works
- Check scan counts per sign to see which locations deserve a second sign.
Mistakes to avoid
- Printing the code so small that it can only be scanned by walking onto the lawn.

Can I reuse the same sign for another property?
Yes. Change the destination of the dynamic code in your dashboard and the printed sign opens the new listing.
