## Your codes keep redirecting, whatever your plan

Every Kizmo dynamic code keeps sending scans to its last destination if you stop paying, cancel, downgrade or your card fails. A trial ending never switches a code off, and there is no scan cap. Losing a paid plan can remove paid features and older analytics, never the redirect.

## No surprise charges

Free needs no card. Paid trials last 7 days and we email you 2 days before the first charge. Annual plans renew so your features never lapse, and we email you 7 days before every renewal. Cancelling takes one click on the Billing page.

## Your data is yours to take

On every plan you can export every code, its placement, its destination history and its daily scan totals, as a CSV or a full JSON file.

## The only exceptions

We will stop a code only if its owner pauses or deletes it, if our safety review confirms it leads to phishing, malware or illegal content (the code then shows a warning instead of redirecting, and the action is logged), or if a court order requires it.

## If Kizmo ever winds down

We will give at least 3 months' notice, keep redirects running during that time, and give every customer a full export so codes can be moved or reprinted in good time.

## Frequently asked questions

### Do Kizmo dynamic QR codes stop working if I stop paying?

No. They keep redirecting to their last destination. You drop to the Free plan's features, not the code.

### Is there a scan limit?

No. Codes are never switched off or capped because of scan volume.

### Why would a QR company promise this?

Because holding printed codes hostage is the top complaint about the industry, and a redirect costs almost nothing to run. We would rather earn renewals than force them.
